The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, through its Credential WV initiative, has released A Toolkit to Launch & Expand Microcredentials to help learners gain skills and advance their careers while strengthening local and regional economies. The toolkit is a culmination of efforts by statewide workgroups that includes recommendations and practical guides for policies, processes, and networks to drive a successful microcredentialing initiative at the institutional or statewide level.
